They had me sign an agreement that they would save me at least $5000 in interest claiming they could get creditors to reduce interest rates to average of 6% but were unsuccessful on the first (& only) one that they tried, and after I had paid the fee an Ameridebt agent told me that the account would have to be closed to get a reduced rate and directed me to skip a payment, something I could have done myself. Then the agent set up a phone conference with me for one month later. He never called, so I had to call my creditor, make the payment plus a $10 penalty and close the account. I contacted Ameridebt and they called back and told me he left the company. A new agent promised to review my agreement and call me back. It never happened. I called the company again and was given a third agent who promised to call me on a specific date and time. Nobody ever called. I tried repeatedly to contact him and the company for more than a month with no response. When attempting to contact Ameridebt you get voice mail 100% of the time. So now they have my money and I have no way to obtain a refund as promised in the agreement. They have done absolutely nothing for me.
