I placed an order and have never received it. All I received was a letter giving me an email address and 800 number to call to request refund. I have done this many times but no one calls me back. There is a 3rd party involved also contacting the company and they get a reply stating my money has been refunded. I checked the balance on debit card today and no refund has been refunded. The 800 number, all I get is message to leave message. 800-508-8154.
"[email protected]" is the 3rd party involved. I need my money back so I can pay some bills.
