I called the customer service number to let them know I had returned the package along with a letter and credit legislation bills in NH. Customer service told me they would put in the request for the refund and to call back next week and they would tell me if I qualified for a refund!!!
He said that the company reviews the conversation tape and then determines if the consumer will get their money refunded. I reminded him of what the letter states from the company, that if you are not satisfied with what you had received to return the items and your money would be refunded. Of course he made some excuse about how he was just a third party and did not directly work for the company. What a fraud.
