Purchased shoes online 11/11 then received email from [email protected] confirming the payment. Received emails from Joane (from Cheaptomssale4U) 11/11 advising shipping within 24 hours and then another on 16/11 confirming shipping and giving a fake tracking #. Received a further email from Joane on 20/11 advising that "the shoes had got wet and now not well". She offered for me to reorder another style as the ones I had ordered were no longer available or a refund. I chose a refund. I have sent numerous emails since then to Joane and also csreason@sitecomplaint enquiring as to the whereabouts of my refund. I was first told 7 days and now I have been told from csreason that I need to wait a long time as it is an international transaction. I am now receiving no replys from any emails to csreason or Joane.
