I was applying for grant information for school, I wasn't even on their website. Then this very official looking window opens stating that due to the high volume of the grant package I need to pay $2.97 to help them with shipping expenses. I thought okay that seems reasonable. Then today i get hit with all kinds of fees and now i have to cancell my bank card! This is just fraud at it's best! They miss lead by stating that they need the money to help with expenses.
