Poor service

Ordered a new helmet online at Motorcycle Superstore on 10/20/10. Paid extra for 2day shipping. Arrival date was to be 10/22/10. Waited all day no package. Called Motorcycle Superstore at aprox 530pm. Was told that the product had not shipped out because the credit card would not process because I had a alternate mailing address that was different than my billing address. Find this very strange since I ordered from another company online the same day with the same addresses, both billing and alt mailing and they had no difficulty at all processing my credit card. Also, was told by the customer service rep that his boss had sent me an email on 10/20/10 but interesting that I did not receive said email and they did not try to reach me by phone. Yes I did check my junk email just in case, and yes I did receive the original order confirmation so I know that I did not make a typo when entering my email on the original order. The extra money paid for quicker 2day shipping seems to have been a complete waste...

I am very disapointed in this company... I am just hoping at this point that the products they carry are not at poor as their service. I dought I will shop through them again and at this point would not recommed them to anyone I liked.
