My husband called to cancel but yet they ignored it and charged my account the amount. I was sitting in the same room and listening when he cancelled it. Also when you call to complain they tell you there is no record and there is no supervisor to talk to. How do we get these people to stop. I want my money put back in my account since they were told to cancel. I get tired of the lies that are told like there is no record, when I know he called! I was there listening and I don't like be treated like I'm lieing!!! My next step is the Better Business Bureau. These people need to be put out of business now!!!
