The ice pusher on my ice maker model ICM15S broke as has happened several times before. I asked why the problem was not fixed and was told by windchaser technician that it was cheaper for them to keep sending replacement parts than fixing the problem. I have called the company mumerous times during the past three weeks and all I get is "Thank you for calling Good bye". I did finally succeed in leaving a message for one of the employees but received no returned call. I have also contacted their customer service by email and received no reply.
