They took $99.49 out of my account. I have no clue who these people are! I called to complain twice and both times I got the exact same operator who said she couldn't handle my problem but someone who could would call me but no one ever did! I didn't authorize this nor do I know how they got my account numbers. I am going on a business trip to New York next week and need my money!
