I had originally put in for a $400.00 loan in which i had already paid $480.00 to. The total with interest was $520.00. I only owed $40.00 more on the loan, or so i thought, but was charged $170.00 to my cking account instead. When i called them to find out why, they said the loan was renewed because i didn't call to cancel. Also, when i asked them where i could send in the final payment they refused to give me an address. I never received an additional loan that they are charging me for. Now they are calling me, my family, and place of business. Harassing me to make payments on something i never received or wanted. And i repeatidly asked them for an address to make my final payment to and close this account and they keep refusing to give me an address.
