We reported a problem with power steering failing at very low speeds. They diagnosed the problem as the power steering rack and replaced it for 930.75. A few months later we had the same problem, we went back to MacMulkin and told them that they had not fixed our problem. We contacted the Cadillac Consumer Assistance Center and they were of little or no help. We have taken it back to MacMulkin several times and for another 600.00, they will "try" to fix the problem. We are both in our 70's, my husband is recovering from a heart attack. On a fixed income we cannot afford to "try" to fix the problem. The car loses power steering at low speeds, the wheel locks up, entering traffic or stopping, but only a very low speeds. This car is putting us in danger, it is unsafe. Cadillac is not willing to work with us to fix the problem and we certainly cannot afford to buy another vehicle.
