I was supposed to be getting the free 7 day trial of theirs but instead I got charged three different amounts on my credit card. I called them back and they gave me some lame excuse that I ordered some premium service which I did not do. They said they refunded my money but when I checked my account there were a total of three charges adding up to $62.77. I again called and spoke to a Ron and he said that they already refunded me the $31.82 but on my pending transactions it shows a debit to my account of that amount plus $29.95 and $1.00. I want this investigated and this company stopped.
