Target Queen!

Last week I was at the (Riverside Target) on Arlington which I have been shopping at about 10 years (raised 3 kids from that store). I was shopping for a Duvet cover, I searched and searched finally went to a "associate" for help (Molly) she was new, I inquired as to the wherewabouts of this product, she was unaware of what it was so I explained the entire time she never stopped to talk with me or assist, she merely kept folding and organizing the rugs & towels, she told me "did you look in the bedding" dah, yes for about 15 minutes, I had originally told her "I can't find them", I then asked her, "is the bedding your department" she replied "NO" and continued with the rugs & towels. Just about that time a what I thought was a manager appeared (Pamela) and asked if there was a problem? (Molly) purked up, I explained the situation, later found out Pamela is an HR Mgr. WOW! She immediately got on her walkie talkie "BARKING" assistance from a "team member" she was so rude on the radio, she made (3) rude requests with no replies, that shocked me, no wonder nobody would answer her she bantered with rude comments to team members. Finally a responce! It wasnt what I was looking for but the ironic part is, after I thanked her & walked away I found several plain ones on and end cap. SHE IS NOT EVEN FAMILAR WITH HER OWN STORE! I heard her ask Molly, "how is it going on the floor" at which point I walked back over to Pamel & Molly & asked "is customer imput important? In Pamelas best rude attitude said "yes" so I told her nicely and quietly, Molly SHOULD HAVE stopped when I originally confronted her and said "hi" can I help you find something, after I asked her she SHOULD HAVE said, Im new and Im no real familar with that but LET ME get some assistance, instead of ignoring me thinking I was going to disappear because she couldn't help me. Molly was not trained on manners or CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pamela set a TERRIBLE example in front of Molly, further; Molly needs to learn "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Pamela is in the wrong position at Target! She is RUDE not a "team member" nor LEADER at all! Thank you...
