I entered a student agreement, based on a call telling me they could teach me via one-on-one coaching, and tutorials to be very successful, selling on eBay! They wanted $999.00 to get started and I put it on my charge card. I got my $999.00 back through my bank as a provisional credit and my bank concluded their investigation of my case was found in my favor.
Then Vensure wanted me to pay $6000.00 to learn to sell and buy on E-Bay, Craig’s list ect. I told them I didn’t have that amount of money and they said they would back me for $6000.00. They signed me up for a loan through DUVERA Financial which then I didn’t know I only had THREE days to rescind this contract. When I did I was 5 days to late.
During this time I kept calling and talking with their people & coaches telling them that my father (whom I took into my house to care for him) had passed away and I couldn’t emotionally get involved in this venture. I sent them a certified letter stating this and they said they would postpone my training for a month. I told them NO because of my emotional state and also everything I was and am about to going through with my father’s estate, cleaning out his house, ext.
I asked them in the certified letter to release me out of this contract permanently and requested a letter of cancellation because of the circumstances pertaining to my father’s death. Which then I could forward the cancellation letter to DUVERA financial because they would then cancel out my loan. Vensure refused.
I received one of my first coaching calls and told this person what happened. All contact info. That I have HQ # 1-866-438-8372. You get switch board. Resolution man: Thomas Deshryver ext. 5006; accomplice Skylar Jarman: 1-877-533-7016 ext 5049. Vensure: 1-866-438-8372. The Office hours are 9am -7pm mountain time. But after seven months of arguing and being ignored I am about ready to hit SEND on the email to the governer of Utah, States Atty generals of all states they operate in. I haven’t received any coaching or bought or sold any merchandise.
I am now involved with my own attorney to help me resolve this because I keep receiving phone calls and bills from Duvera Financial threatening me to put my account into collections.
