I purchase 1 APEX HDTV model LD 3249 in December of from BJ's. How ever after 4 months (April), it went crazy with the flashing menus, back and forth on the screen. I started calling for service in the last week of April. I have call for service, over, and over, and it took a couple of months before I got a tech. I've been told to call the BBB, to search out the problem, and a tech came out 3 months later; came out to fix it, but problem came back in little less than a month later. Been getting run around since. I call almost every week, and all I get is someone will call you soon. Never has that call come. Always my problem is getting resolved. Never, have I received a call back.

After, 3! /2 in mid July. A tech arrives. And, less than a month after; the same problem came back. I have been calling APEX service since than. Nothing, but someone is working on the problem. The warranty on this LCD, is 12 months (December), and from the time of the first Technician service in July, I feel they are trying to hold out until the warranty has run out, and nothing will be done.
