They have withheld money from the person that has to pay them for their services. They have not paid the bills of the client. They tell him to call them and do not leave a phone number they say his money shows up 3 days after they actually recieve it. Which in my opinion they have failed to provide services. 2) meet his needs. 3) or to treat him with respect. They have lied to him.
