The Sheriffs deed presented to Oakland County (Michigan) is not truthful, a FALSIFIED DOCUMENT. The Shiawassee Condo Assoc. Has possession of the property and a non-truthful sherriff deed. It's ok. They must indeed pay taxes though it, Unit 108 belongs to Chase Bank.
