My girlfriend bought this product for me for my birthday. It worked great until I was forced to put in the activations code. I couldn't find the product code anywhere in the box, so I called rosetta stone. I was furious when the man on the phone told me I had been sold a "fraudulent product, " and that he could not help me. I am yet to contact the security team at rosetta stone, as the supporter told me to, but I do not see anything positive in the near future. Please do not buy from this site!
