I purchased a 1972 Monark motorcycle from a person whose name is Toni Vico. I wired the money to him and never recieved the motorcycle. A friend of mine who has done business with him in the past, recentally traveled to Italy and met with him. At the time they met, Toni refused to deliver the motorcycle or refund the money.
