He falsified references.
He is notorious for moving into apartments, paying deposit and first months rent and then never paying another nickle and basically squatting in your property for as long as he can drag it out and the law will allow. His references are all bogus. He is threatening and delusional!
He has huge outstanding debts with Dominion Power, Various Physicians in the area and is scamming the Virginia Department of Social Services out of THOUSANDS of Dollars yearly by claiming to have children residing in his home. He does not have custody of any children. No children live with him.
