I got a call from toni starr/stahr indicating that she was doing an investion involving the publishers clearing house stating that annette bowers had won $1.2 million dollars I told her that I was handling her personal finances and told her that I get paid on friday and that I couldn't do anything until then so she gave me a number so that I could call her back that day when I had the money. She instructed me to send $452.00 cash in between two pieces of paper overnight mail to Arlene Bradshaw 1566 West King St. York, PA 17404 Miss Bradshaw's number is 1-717-650-6357 And Toni Starr's/Stahr's number is 1-702-479-0848 I called her back and gave her this number EG 949837765 US she said that they had to enter this number into their system since then I have not even seen a penny of this money she said that she has been having meetings with the irs manager and that the irs manager needed $25,000 up front due to my bad credit history if you need more information in detail I can be reached at (Personal Information Removed)
