Ordered three pairs of ugg boots for Christmas presents on 18 September. The money was debited from my account on 22 September. They said it would take 3 - 5 days and be sent by courier. I haven't received my boots and the website no longer exists. I did a search and found that the company is registered to Yikun Wang from China and is a scam. It is very upsetting.
