I ordered my Classic Tall Ugg Boots on the 8th September received a confirmation from "[email protected]" to state that my Order had been processed and would arrive between 5-7 days. Today, 20th September I have received a letter from Deckers Europe Ltd stating that my Boots are counterfeit and therefore will be destroyed in 10 working days. I cannot contact this company now or realpay.com as my emails bounce back and do not know who to contact in order to get a full refund.
