ALS which in pursuing collection activities for homeowner associations, has allegedly violated civil code 27297.5and other california civil code 1367. I sended email to Meigan Everret who is the Power Propety Management from Sunshine Court to open a Dispute with the Board of Directors who they are ignore my request after my lawyer send a legal letter to ALS August 15

To open a dispute to resolve the HOA Sunshine Court charges regarding ALS contitutes fraud malicious persecution bad faith collection tactics. My payments was returned, rejected, not timely processed. August 3 was a new member of Directors from Sunshine Court i request names never answer.

ALS never open a investigate the facts and circuntances concerning this matter after Tracy Neal responded the letter August 25 she denied each of allegation pursuant a california civil code?

In this letter she never mention the code number. Tracy Neal also mention my Association is entitled to recover late fees, interest, and collection fees and costs in addition to delinquent assessments. Association hereby renews its demand for payment in full.

She never mention when she will recorded a Lien in her letter August 29 at 8am was recorded a Notice of Delingquent Assessment Lien she sign she never return phone calls I am glad my interpreter be a witness she did not complete ethics school I send email today and Brian Glodous who is agressive.

This company Association Lien Services keeping the asessment balance high and string out the payments to increase their profits by levying more interest, carrying charges, collection fees and payment plan administration cost on the account. Meigan Everret who is the owner from Power Property Managment 3023 Washington Blv. Marina del Rey, Ca. 90292 who denied all my request and ignore all my concerns the ALS hold the homeowner's payments hostage until they sign away their rights.
