Red Rock Financial Services placed a lien against my home because of a $78.00 debt due to my homeowners association, Eagle Canyon Homeowners Association.
The total lien was in excess of $600 based on additional fees, penalties, whatever.
To date, I have not received accounting for the fees and was really shocked to learn of the additional fees and the lien.
Wow, process is scary. Nothing sent certified mail!!! I found out because I was cleaning out my purse and came across bill by mistake and made a phone call... Yikes.
