The Juveneu ad came up in a side window on facebook. I agreed to take a trial order for $1.99 and sent my credit card details. On August 25, $AU1.90 ($US1.99) was deducted from my credit card by the company, which I presumed to be the trial pack. A full-sized bottle arrived soon after. Since then, the company has made two further deductions — of $79.98 on Sept 9 and $92.14 on Sept 26. I emailed them after the Sept 9 deduction, questioning it and asking them to cease and desist. I just noticed the second one today. I have since tried to call both the UK and Sydney numbers at the bottom of the order email I originally received from them, and got the same voicemail, of an American woman asking me to call back "during business hours".
