I heard the advertiment on the radio, thought it sounded good so I called and was told by the nice man I would only have to pay the $19.95 for shipping and handeling, and I was going to receive vouchers for my shopping NEVER did he say anything about coupons or having to cut them out off line he tried to offer someother things but I said NO to them all. I received my packet in the mail and when I tried to log on it woulnt let me. I called the 800 number and they got it all set up but now each time I go back to the site it says that is not the user name or password so I cant get in and when you call the 800 number you get disconected. I am very upset and feel scamed for something that I was told was in the name of the goverment. You cant reach anyone in the company to find out what is going on much less get a refund.
