I have no idea who these people are, it just so happens I check my account daily when I saw this check that I did not write for 99.49. I call the number listed on the check and get an "operator" who "can only take messages". After 20 mins of getting nowhere with this person I told them fine I will just report your fraudulent activies to my bank and let them deal with them. My back had me set up another account and is currently investigating.
