I filled out the paperwork for a loan in the amount of $15,000. I was approved for the loan and was told I had to pay a five month security in the amount of $1345, I paid by Paypal two seperate payments. One was for $1100 and the other was for $245. I was suppose to receive the $15,000 in my account the next day. I called Herron gate loan center when it wasn't deposited I was told to give until 4:30 pm and it should be there. To my surprise it wasn't deposited that day nor the next. They kept giving me the run around about the deposit. One day they finally told me that something was going in inside the company and my account was looked at again and I would have to send them another $1000 to receive my loan in the amount of $15000. I told them I wanted my refund of $1345 and they told me that would not be a problem, also they stated they would also pay me for my account going into overdraft due to their failure to deposit the funds into my account. My refund was suppose to be sent out almost twoweeks ago I haven't received it yet. I've tried calling many times and the number is no longer working (888-734-4932), the representative that I was dealing with name is, Collin Murdock, if that's her real name. I told them they scammed me and I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and that's just whatI did. They called me to let me know they had mailed my check off that day and they had received my complaint to the BBB. I haven't had any contact with them since. I wrote the BBB again today because I need my money.
