I placed an order with Mermagica for a super tail mermaid tail on 8/17 which they charged me right away. Two weeks after placing order I received an email stating that the color I ordered was out of stock and I could change to another color otherwise I would have to wait until mid-September which I figured I waited this long I could wait two more weeks to get the color my daughter wanted.By 9/15 still no status on my order other than "processing" I have called them and left messages several times received no response, emailed the several times no response, posted on their Facebook page, you guessed it, no response. However, they managed to delete my comments about them scamming and not deliverying the goods that were ordered. Today is 9/29 and no news, no mermaid tail, and no refund. I am very unhappy and I hope that others see the comment before placing any orders. Stay away from mermagica.com!!!
