My husband and I struggle we got behind we have on our house and we even tried first on at least 6 different occasions to go through our actual home loan which was Countrywide but then Bank of America. Bank of America told us not once but twice we qualified for getting helped so we waited and waited called back to be told we didnt qualify. This went on for while we got so aggravated getting more and more behind and thats when we were told about Legacy Holding Group so we called got this suppose to be recorded hour 3 part interview after going through all that in the end after asking these questions will we difinitely get our payments that we are behind on put to the end? He said yes most definitely. Will we have cheaper payments? He said yes. What would you like them to be
at we said $400.00. We didn't ask him this but he said you guys have a very high interest rate we can try to get that down to about a 4%. Me and my husband looked at each other and almost cried with the thought of getting help to get back on track. Remember we talked for almost 90 minutes i asked all the right question. Wr decided to do this. He said when can you make the payment that will be $3800.00. We dropped our heads with sadness. We asked him the payment is due now. He said well we take installments of 3 monthly payments. The first being 1500.00 the second being 950.00 and the third being 950.00. We asked him when the first payment was due he said in two weeks. We asked him if we could discuss this and call him back. He said if you decide not to do this you have to wait 6 more months before you can try again. My husband and i talked, we cried decided we were going to do this because as we explained to the guy we have kids that have issues and have had a very rough year at the doctors. We didnt want to take there stability away from them. So we said yes. And sold lots of our stuff, have suffered, took a loan for the first 1500.00 so thats why it 4000.00. These people are awful i told them about my kids and how we have struggled and want so bad to get back on track and now were in the worst shape we have ever been in i have called them and called them at first they answered because they wanted there last payment i cant get ahold of these people for nothing there is so so smuch more to this story. I called them and BBB and told them I wanted my money alllllllllllll back i still havent heard from them. But i received a letter saying i am in breach of my contract. Please help.
