Dave agreed by phone to construct a swingset. Stated that he could do it for $250. I received nothing on paper as to the price. The swingset was constructed, took 1 1/2 days and was a bit harder apparently than expected. (Although the company included instructions and we had asked him to check the schematic on the internet) Two weeks after the job was done, after trying to get an address for payment to him, he called and said it would be $500 because it was a real bear to put together. I was horrified! Paid $500 to buy it, wouldn't have ever considered paying anyone $500 to put it together. Very bad business form! Paid him $275 ($25 more than agreed for the trouble)
