We originally signed up for service through Qwest. Our house was up for sale. They said not to worry, if when you move to apartment and service can't follow because of location, you can cancel. Moved to apartment and complex says that service in our location is impossible because of way we face, service made us wait 3 weeks for tech to come out. Tech says no way we can install here, calls his supervisor, they say sorry we can't give you service.

Call to customer service and they say tech reports that WE won't let them put dish on patio and we won't fight against the apartment so they won't let us cancel. Told we could put on hold for 18 months by phone rep, this one says 6 months. Lease is brand new, can't move out, what happens after 6 months in a year lease? Lies and misleading statments. No one sticks to their word, makes things up as they go along.

Very poor service, no continuity. Stay away at all costs, Even the people who work there say they are strapped with no way to help people even though they know they did nothing wrong. No savings is worth the hassles and lies and unconcern for customers is worth EVER going with this company. The CEO of this company should be ashamed running it the way they do. We will share our story with all our friends and associates and being in the legal profession (clerical) I will continue to fight because we are being selected out with predjudice even though others in my complex can't get service they are going after us. We will fight them and try to get the word out. Read your contract, they try to stick you with CA fees, early termination fees and it goes on. Don't use Direct TV.
