OK this is not a complaint but I feel I need to rectify a Complaint I wrote on 18 Sept. I can see no other way for people to see. We ordered 2 x Ugg Boots at a cost of £158 -$237 on 17th Sept and was sure it was a scam. Cancelled my card etc. Then about 4 days ago had an e-mail from the company handling the money to say that because we refused to send any more ID they would pass it on the Supplier and they would decide whether or not to send the goods. Went in on Uggsols.com site and went into Tracking. We had a Tracking number but when we went into EMS (A Chinese Parcel Service) we could find no Tracking info... We had given up hope and were waiting for the 30 days before our Bank would refund us our money... AND today my 2 pairs of Uggs HAVE ARRIVED by DHL! So I must correct previous comments... I think the main problem is that it is just a very poorly managed Deilvery/Business.
