Called toll free number per ad heard over radio. Spoke with customer service rep who sounded very convincing. Asked him 3 times if I would be charged any other fee except the $19.95 charge.
He said no all three times. Next thing I know my bank statment is showing charges for $19.95 (American Value Grocery), $14.95 (Everyday Savings), $14.95 (Savings2you), and $1.95 (UMG Travel). Called customer svc for Everyday Savings, Savings2U and UMG and they cancelled and refunded charges (as far as I know, waiting for it to show on my bank statement). Have tried at least 6 times to get through to American Value and keep getting disconnected after waiting several minutes. Don't know who else they gave my credit/bank card info to so I am cancelling card! What a ripoff!!! Very very unhappy! Looked online before deciding to give it a try and did not see any scam info then...
