I was going on to my Chase Bank account when this pop-up came on about perfume sample for $4.99. I recieved the fragrance in about 4 days. 8 days after my inital $4.99 purchase, I was charged $95.00! The perfume was in a huge bottle and smelled awful! I called to complain and was told they have a no return, no refund policy. Go ahead and e-mail customer support because they will look into it, and my refund my money on a case-by-case basis. I have done this today & I have contacted my bank that I was charged on plus I contacted you.
Iam willing to send the perfume back.
