S. Michael Fallert is a dead beat dad. He has had absolutely no contact with his two sons since 1995.
He presently owes in excess of $33,000.in unpaid child support and another $4000 for unpaid medical and dental bills.
The State of Michigan (Wayne County) has issued a warrant for his arrest but State of Illinois is uncoperative and will not arrest this dead beat and ship him back to Michigan to face the judge and his children.
