I noticed the debit on my debit card account for $32.55 and I called experian to find out what's going on. The customer service lady told me "I don't remember creating an account". I told her, I signed up for a free report then cancelled during the trial. She said there is no report on my contacting them at all. Then said they have been sending me emails about my account. I only get general inquiries to join. Since I never joined I erase the emails. But I have never received notification on a confirmation of services nor have they contacted me in writing or email letting me know I was a member. I cancelled and asked for my refund and she said no! So I hung up, unsatisfied and robbed. (Inappropriate Content Removed)!
