I ordered the 14 day free trial for $4.95. I called to cancel the auto ship that you are immediatly enrolled in for $89.95 a month. I called and a recorded messege answers and says "please stay on the line for next available represenative". I was on hold for atleast an hour. Every so often a messege would interrupt the music and say's "your call is very important to us... We strive for the best customer service. Please press 1 to leave a messege and someone will call you back. Or stay on the line for the next... Yada yada yada... Big surprise that I have not gotten in touch with anyone from this company... Nor have I gotton a return phone call for the messege that I left them. This company is certifiably bogus! And the product does'nt even work. Now I will have to deal with the credit card co to dispute the charges. Once again taken for a ride on the internet.
