There were two deduction from my visa account. The first was 09/11 for AUS $83.20 the second 09/26 for Aus$94.96.
I took advantage of a "free trial" offer to pay Aus $1.96 for Anti Wrinkle Serum. My first payment was Aus $1.96 on 08/27, The product did arrive, but with no documentation enclosed. Then on 11thSept. A further payment of $83.20 was taken and on Sept. 26th 2011 a further AUS $94.96 was taken. These payments have been taken without my consent and for a FREE Product.
As I am a pensioner I cannot afford these payments. Do I need to close my Visa account. I do not widh to incur any further expenditure on this matter. Damages to date Aus$178-16
