I received an email saying that my order was approved and that i will be billed monthly for "reservatrol". I have never heard of this "reservatrol" befor i read that email and what i would like to know is how did they get my credit card details and how were they able to charge me??? I rang them strait away after i read that email and they never gave me a reason as to how they knew my credit card details and why i was charged! But said i'd be refunded within 7-10 days and i that never happened! So i went to call them today and the number is disconnected! So i had an email live chat and organised another refund and never got any answers again but they did say i'd be refunded within 7-10 days again! Not happy with no answers i had another live email chat and demanded answers and they said i had orderd it even though i told them i hadnt! So then they said they will put me on a black list so i dont get charged again, what??? I said fine put me on it then, i don't trust this now and don't believe i will be refunded but i would like to know still how they knew my credit card details to charge me in the first place? Now what can i do?
