Paid for a pair of Ugg boots, tried to contact the site with ref numbers, but couldn't send the email, looked for the site a few days later and couldn't find it. Waited and waited, have now received a letter from a company called Deckers explaining to me that they have confiscated all items as they are counterfeit!
