My husband and I were moving from Pennsylvania to California and had decided that we would rent a uhaul and move ourselves. We made it out of Pennsylvania before we decided that it was a bad idea. We were staying with my sister in Ohio and she mentioned that we should use PODS and I called them first thing in the morning. There prices were great and given that we saved a ton on gas I think that PODS may have actually been cheaper than the Uhaul, not too mention way more convenient and less stressful. Additionally, they delivered a POD to me the SAME day I called and were able to come pick it up the next day. If I could have changed anything I would have gotten a POD in the beginning instead of trying to do it myself with a U-haul. Lastly, all the people I spoke with on the phone or the delivery drivers were courteous and professional. It was a nice change given that so few places actually give good customer service anymore.
