My experience with PODS started around Dec. 1st of 2010. I had been looking for the easiest and fastest way to move from California to North Carolina with as little stress as possible. It was great! Lisa my PODS rep. Was friendly, open, and experienced. My PODS was delivered Dec. 21st of 210 by a very capable delivery guy who was very friendly. He walked thru the pick details and all my other questions. Dec. 27th of 2010 my PODS was picked up on schedule. As I was traveling to North Carolina I met a family traveling to Ark. Who were using U-Haul. We only spoke briefly and from that conversation I realized that PODS had been the better choice for moving. Gas cost for the U-Haul truck, travel time, and weather had made their trip more difficult for them. As for me and my family it was less stressful and I didn't have to worry about our stuff making it there safely. My PODS was delivered on Jan. 9th on schedule. All of my items had arrived safely and as I had packed it. This is why if I ever move again (across town or across the country) I will use PODS again. Great Service, Caring Reps., and excellent on time delivery— what more could you ask for!
