I had this charge on my Visa in Euro currency converted to Canadian. I dont shop in Euros or have been to Europe ever. I called my Visa and complained about the charge. They said theyre are going to report it to Fraud department and give me a new credit card. I do have to pay off the amount so I don't get charged interest as it'll take at least 90days to get a result from the investigation.
