I incurred a charge from SNCF Internet for $156.49 with a Foreign Transaction Fee of $4.69 on 08/06 on my Visa credit card. I was told by my credit card company that this transaction was made outside of the United States and it was from "Isles Les Mel" which I have no idea what it is. This is a fraud and has been in dispute.
