I ordered the AT&T cordless Dect 5 set of 5 and received the set but was missing one battery. Upon receipt I called customer service and was told one would be sent with a week. I sent two emails requesting information on the battery but received no response from either. I called and was told 101 did not have another battery, and I was transferred to a supervisor. Over 1/2 later, Kristen came on the phone and offered to take all the equipment back or issue a $8.95 credit for the battery. I feel this is very poor customer service!
