These people are friendly and have great communication skills. Original contact on the phone made them seem too good to be true. Guess that should have been the first warning. After a couple of false starts (my fault and their circumstances) we finally got it started on Saturday, Sept 3. After several trips from our garage which admittedly was crammed with stuff, Robert had to quit for the day. Fine with me and asked when he would be back and how long it would take to finish (about). When he was working on the garage we asked him to check about taking the items from the house also. He said there was several things he could sell, which is how he could do this for free. He finally returned on Tuesday, Sept 6, to get a few more items then left saying his wife had to go work and he would return to finish the job. Ten days have passed with no answers when we call, nor no returned calls. These people have business license, but apparently no business ethics. Small business usually depends on word of mouth, and my word for this business is NOT.
