Barry arrived around 3rd week in Sept. To cut down my oak tree. Dropped, cut into sections and chopped up half of sections. Had previously written me a contract for $600 to take down and chop up. Said he would return in couple of weeks to finish. Asked for $150 more. I called and talked to his wife twice and then a third call to seriously fuss at his answering machine. (Twice his wife told me he would show, and he didn't.) He returned last week in Oct., chopped up half of what was left, and took my check for $750 saying he would return in a couple of weeks. More phone calls. He returned late one Sat.in Nov. To finish but didn't before sun set. Said he'd return in a couple of weeks to finish. Have called twice and he hasn't returned. Last call told machine he could keep his lying, stealing, cheating self off my property.
