We were told we could get a grant assistance pack for 2.97. We sgned up on 7/31. Then on 8/15 we were charged 57.00 and did not even know it. Then today 9/15 we were charged 57.00!!! For what... Never even got the pack we thought we were paying 2.97 for. Called company and they refuse to refund money, and were very rude... Oh and every one who answers phone is the supervisor.
